GENERAL FEATURES
Continuous motion, side-sealing machine equipped with Box Motion sealing bar that moves continuously, following the products increasing speed and stability (no start & stop). Higher speed and performances. Side sealing is performed continuously in order to pack products of any length. This machine can handle any kind of film by simply using some additional optional sealing systems: Polyolefin, PE, Polypropylene, Barrier Films. The machines with three belts system can achieve considerable film saving thanks to the reduced space between side sealing and products. All Preferred Packing machines can be used with different types of infeed and outfeed conveyors: pallets, intralox, etc…; push-blocks, feeders (shuttle or rotary), shrink tunnels and many other accessories to form a complete line.

SPECIFIC FEATURES
Sealing machine is equipped with continuous motion transversal sealing bar that moves vertically and horizontally following the products in order to cut and seal the bag in the front and back sides with the highest precision and speed. No stops in the sealing cycle as the sealing bar works in continuous. Flexibility it’s a big advantage on the DEA machines. Thanks to continuous side sealing there are no limits in products’ length. Transversal sealing bar width up to 1000 mm, products’ height up to 40 cm. Speed calculated with A4 format up to 6000 pcs/h STANDARD BOX MOTION. Up to 9000 pcs/h with system of brushless servomotors. Wrapping and shrinking solutions: Standard wrapping and bagging shrink wrapping, bag with “Euro hole or handle” systems that add an hole or handles to the bag in order to carry or hang the products easily, easy opening. “Modified atmosphere system”- MAP: to pack in protected atmosphere with Barrier Film & Polypropylene.
